Find local commercial property listings. City staff has a subscription and can provide custom reports of available properties.  They can also help local property owners list available space for free here.

Rofo.com - Specifically For Small Businesses
This site is specifically focused on helping small businesses find the right space (office, retail, industrial, land, and live/work).  It allows property seekers to search for free and owners to post for free. Owners pay a fee if the space gets leased.
